An exciting opportunity to join A Place for Mom as an Inside Sales Manager and lead a remote team of Senior Living Advisors (SLAs).  Senior Living Advisors (SLAs) are inside sales representatives responsible for advising families on senior care options and working with them to find the right senior living communities that match their needs. This role requires a combination of analytical and sales skills, a commitment to delivering a seamless consumer experience, and the ability to work cross functionally with other divisions within our organization to maximize outcomes and drive company success.Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and develop a high performing, results driven sales team via recruitment, training, coaching, and motivatingProvide strong, dynamic leadership that mentors, develops, and guides team members to efficiently leverage the value of every call for maximum conversion rates and outcomesTrain, mentor and manage team on how to build relationships and educate families over the phone through the referral process while understanding each family’s unique needs and referring to the appropriate customer communities.Manage performance of the team to maximize outcomesAchieve and exceed sales goals monthly to achieve company goalsPrepare and report on market performance to Senior Leadership team as requiredQuarterly overnight travel required for Divisional and Organizational Sales Meetings, with additional local travel to visit our community customers in the marketThis is a full time position that will require a flexible work schedule between the hours of 8am and 8pm, with night and weekend call requirements. RMs are required to work the last day of each month
