Assign work orders and provide clear direction to maintenance team

Ensure team has good understanding of work practices and procedures

Work closely with maintenance manager to ensure that daily repair and maintenance is performed accurately

Provide support and training as needed

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within maintenance

Ability to lead a team of maintenance technicians
