Manufacturing Engineer (Machining/CNC programming/Creo/Milling/USC-EAD)-MW

Location: Coffeyville, KS, 67337-0588 (Onsite) Pay rate: $32/hr - $35/hr Shift Hours: Mainly be 1st shift (7 am to 3:30 pm). Overtime is possible. CNC Programmer Requirement:

• Tech/Trade school training in machining or equivalent experience
• Understands machining processes and various machine controls, prefer at least technical Machining Training or experience as a machinist
• CNC programming experience
• Working knowledge of perishable tools used for turning, drilling and milling
• Creo 3D modeling/Creo N/C or similar modeling software

• Creates machine tool G-code programming for machine shop. Assists in process creation and modification to efficiently machine drivetrain components.

• Works with Operators supporting the production of machined components
• Works with MEs to determine tooling for a process
• Creates CNC programs as prioritized by MEs
• Creation and correction of Setup Sheets

• CNC programming troubleshooting and making edits to programs on the floor
