Mixer/Machine Operator - 19-20/hour

Job Title: Production OperatorJob DescriptionJoin our team as a Mill Operator to take on the responsibility of running batches of high-quality printing ink and maintaining machine operations to TPM standards. You will learn and apply TPM knowledge daily, package finished products, maintain a database of all existing formulas, and act as a QC liaison among other duties. Training will be provided to operate various machines such as Hockmeyer mills, press out units, and forklifts. This role requires shifting to 2nd or 3rd shift after initial training on day shift.Hard Skills

Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Edwardsville, Kansas.Work EnvironmentManufacturing facility producing ink. Uniforms provided to protect personal clothing, with access to a locker room and other accommodations. Positions involve heavy lifting and can be messy. Shifts available are 2nd shift (3pm - 11:30pm, M-F) with initial day shift training for 2-3 months, and 3rd shift (11pm - 7:30am, M-F) with a week of day shift training.
