WHAT DOES A MONITORING & MODERATION ANALYST DO?This part-time role is responsible for monitoring all activity on assigned pharmaceutical client social media channels and performing all required functions based on detailed workflows. This role could be performed on site or remotely.Responsibilities:Monitor all assigned social properties within required timeframeEnsure that all activity on assigned social properties is in compliance with industry requirements and all actions follow client-approved workflowsDocument all activity on assigned social propertiesInitiate appropriate and timely response(s) to all activity on assigned social properties based on client-approved workflowsReport activity to other team members and/or clients based on client-approved workflows
