Description:Front Desk environment - answering phone calls to schedule patients for ortho appointments
Take incoming calls to the switchboard Clinic while providing excellent customer service
Channel calls to appropriate staff
Respond to emergency calls per established procedure
Adhere to all HIPAA compliance regulations regarding patient confidentiality
Provide coverage for all others within the receptionist team
Any and all duties assigned such as schedule appointments for patients with providers per their individual protocols with courtesy and timeliness
