Bosch Home Solutions is seeking an Operator. The role is responsible for operating production equipment, performing testing, and assembly operations to ensure quality production per company's standards.Key ResponsibilitiesExperience reading & accurately interpreting sketches, and other information / instructions is requiredAssemble assigned products as instructed by work instructions; assemble in a safe manner ensuring quality standards are metAssembly could include using tools, fixtures, and machines (drilling, screwing, and bolting operations); operating presses and punches out parts; working with coper tubes and/or coil finsMay assist in training new operatorsPerform quality inspections on products to ensure they meet specificationsMaintain a clean and organized workstation including cleaning around work area and/or department at end of shiftCollaborate with team members to optimize production efficiencyFollows all safety policies and procedures; consistently utilizes all required personal protective equipment (PPE)
