We are hiring multiple team members as we prepare for the two largest plant expansions in our location’s history. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing manufacturing operation and be part of the team supporting our continued growth.Production Operators play an important role in manufacturing high-quality conveyor belting products used in agricultural, industrial, and specialty applications. Depending on your assigned area, you may work on presses, calenders, finishing equipment, or other production processes while following established safety, quality, and production standards.Whether you are an experienced manufacturing professional or looking to start a career in manufacturing, we provide training and opportunities to learn and grow within our facility.Hiring for all shifts:1st A: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday1st B: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Tuesday–Friday2nd A: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday–Friday2nd B: 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM, Monday–Thursday3rd: 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Sunday–Thursday
Work 7 hours, paid for 84th: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Saturday–MondayYOUR TASKS:Operate machinery while ensuring the highest levels of precision and efficiency. Report issues promptly to your Department Head or Supervisor using established communication channels.Accurately complete daily production reports, including those related to productivity, quality control holds, material usage, and material movement.Adhere to all safety protocols, corporate policies, and internal procedures. Seek clarification from your Department Head or Supervisor when needed.Actively participate in enhancing your knowledge of work orders, products, and processes. Contribute to safety, quality, productivity, and cost-saving initiatives. Take part in internal and external training opportunities.THE ENVIRONMENTSafety is our highest priority and safety procedures / guidelines must be always adhered to. This includes safety shoes that are composite or steel toe at all times. Other required PPE includes, but is not limited to safety glasses, hearing protection and hand protection.  The job is within a non-climate-controlled environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, and noise.The role involves various physical tasks, including lifting and operating machinery, with comprehensive training provided.
