- Partner to design, implement, and manage the initial program management process for a large, complex, organizational transformation project.
- Establish suitable strategies and objectives.
- Develop and manage program level communications.
- Assume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors.
- Drive project teams for the highest priority projects within the program.
- Develop a resource plan that predicts resource needs for each project.
- Consult with project sponsors to support their submissions for new, requested projects.
- 5+ years of proven experience as Program Manager.
- Experience with Program Evaluation & Review Technique (PERT) or similar critical pathway determination.
- Experience managing the schedule for a large, complex, organizational transformation project.
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
- Outstanding communication, leadership and organizational skills.
