- Facilitate Agile/Scrum activities and meetings including sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Responsible for guiding the development of an Agile team into an effective delivery unit with a sustainable cadence.

- Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to get alignment on common business/end-customer/release goals.
- 5 years of experience as Project Manager/Scrum Master with an understanding of software development and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience as a Scrum Master for one to three Scrum teams with a focus on guiding the teams towards improving the way they work.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum processes and principles.
- Experience with product roadmaps and knowledge of future features to improve current stories.
- Must be a product advocate; able to describe the product, its value, how it works, how it is adopted, speak to upcoming changes and tailor that information to the audience.
- Scrum Certification.
- Knowledge of Jira.
