Develops leading practice regulatory program, structuresand processes to drive optimal regulatory compliance and competence. Serves as primary expert, facilitator, andconsultant for regulatory matters.What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:Minimum Experience RequirementsThree years of experience in a healthcare settingOne year of Project Management, Performance Improvement, and/or Change Facilitation experienceExperience in healthcare related field, oversight and coordination of regulatory/accreditation readiness program, surveypreparation, coordination and response/ follow-up preferredPast participation in regulatory activities preferredAdvanced skills in written and oral communication Experience in development of educational tools Exemplary skill withcomputer applicationsEducation RequirementHealthcare or clinical degree preferredYour Connected Community:Centura Health is the region’s largest health care system.
