Senior Director, Development

WHAT DOES A SENIOR DIRECTOR, DEVELOPMENT DO?The Senior Director, Development is responsible for being the primary direct technical contact pertaining to health and stability of a client portfolio. Their focus is centered on employee development, department level standards compliance, market trends, client planning and technical strategy. They work with Account and Project Management Office on project or portfolio planning support, while playing a portfolio management role with team leads. The Senior Director will work closely with Account and Business Development teams on technology driven new business solutions and opportunities. They are expected to establish relationships within client IT organizations and participate in efforts to improve agency operations relative to the market. This role is responsible for advancing department process and policies, including training and execution with special focus on execution efficiency and market competitiveness.
