Job Description

  • Understanding and experience with most or all of the core aspects of Human Resource Management (employee relations, staffing, labor relations, performance management, leadership development, coaching and training) preferred but not required.
  • Execute HR priorities that enable the business to achieve its goals and foster a meaningful and fulfilling employee experience.
  • Understand the business operations from both a strategic and tactical perspective to align business and HR strategy and programs and Develop and execute team strategies aligned to Our Purpose, business strategy and culture.
  • Previous talent management and organizational planning experience preferred but not required
  • Provide advice, coaching and counsel to leaders while managing employee relations, compensation, compliance, performance management, diversity & inclusion and policy administration.
  • The ability to be comfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to “roll up your sleeves” in a matrix and continuously changing environment.
  • Solid expertise in developing solutions based upon facts/data analytics
  • Consultative style and approach with the ability to develop credible relationships with business partners
  • Independently manage sensitive situations across multiple operational teams

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years preferred 7+ years leading teams and people management experience.
  • BA/BS degree from a four-year accredited university, major in Business Administration, psychology, management, or labor relations is preferred. HR degree is not required.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items
  • Demonstrable ability to influence decision-making with leaders and business partners
  • Ability to remain confident under pressure and work with all level project teams collaboratively to address issues
  • Courage to make tough decisions and deliver difficult messages with professionalism
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous business situations
  • Consultative style and approach with the ability to develop credible relationships with business partners
