Experience: You have hands-on experience with Oracle Hospitality Simphony Point-of-Sale (POS) or similar F&B POS software products, helping businesses improve their operations with seamless, innovative tech solutions.

Technical Knowledge: You understand the ins and outs of relational databases, like Oracle 12c and 19c, and have a solid grasp of TCP/IP networks, PCs, and triaging techniques.

F&B Expertise: A deep understanding of food & beverage management, both in technical and manual procedures, allows you to add value to clients’ operations.

Hardware Knowledge: You’re comfortable working with hardware systems including workstations, printers, and peripherals, ensuring everything is fully integrated and operational.

Your Role:

Installation & Configuration: You will be responsible for installing and configuring the Oracle Hospitality F&B product suite, ensuring it’s optimized for each client’s unique needs.

Training & Guidance: As a subject matter expert, you will train clients on the latest application software and best practices in food and beverage management.

Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: Your analytical skills will shine as you resolve technical issues, working closely with Oracle support and client teams to provide exceptional service.

Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of the game by participating in product training and contributing to quality assurance for new releases. You’ll also be responsible for providing timely, accurate project updates and status reports.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
