This position will also be responsible for personalization campaign performance and reporting. This role will work in close collaboration with regional ecommerce and retail teams, global technology, and marketing teams to build highly personalized digital shopping experiences aimed at driving customer engagement, conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value.Your Impact Conduct ongoing analysis of consumer trends and analytics, making recommendations for personalization strategies Monitor personalization KPIs, creating and updating regular reporting of personalization activations and performance Create compelling charts and presentations, leveraging data to tell a story, make a business case, and identify opportunities Leverage analytics to measure and report on segmentation, and present data-driven findings and actionable insights in a clear and concise manner to cross-functional partners and senior management Develop personalized strategies encompassing content, lifecycle, recommendations, offers and triggers to ensure a highly personalized shopping experience throughout the direct to consumer (DTC) ecosystem Create and maintain segments and campaigns in personalization tools, conducting quality control checks Measure campaign performance and make recommendations to iterate and improve future campaign performanceQualifications The ideal candidate will have a passion for consumer data and insights, and translating those insights into marketing activation opportunities Strong combination of technical data skills, including intermediate SQL knowledge, as well as strategic thinking and an execution mindset to drive business objectives Strong candidates will find answers when not readily available, resolving issues with a “can-do” attitude and sense of urgency Passion and willingness to constantly evolve technical tool belt Data analysis experience, including data cleaning, using SQL to query large datasets from different platforms, conducting analysis in Snowflake Experience with Salesforce tools a strong plus, and willingness to be hands-on with tools and implementation where needed Strong communication and partnering skills, and highly effective in cross-functional environments Exceptional attention to detail and ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate to advanced knowledge of functions in Excel (creating pivot tables, charts) and PowerPointEducation and ExperienceRequired 2+ years of experience in an analytics, consulting, or ecommerce environment, analyzing consumer behavior across digital channels including trends and customer engagement Experience with Snowflake, SQL, Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics , and/or TableauPreferred BA/BS in marketing, business or computer science / information systems 1+ years of experience implementing personalized journeys and interactions in digital eco-system leveraging personalization technologies and tools 1+ years of retail industry experience, focused in consumer insights, loyalty, personalization, and/or CRM functions 1+ years of A/B testing experience, including designing campaign structure, executing and measuring tests and reading results Experience with building segments, campaigns, and leveraging reporting in CRM and CDP platforms (Salesforce, Amperity)Workplace Location

Base Compensation$77,239.00 - $106,203.90 USDMost new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time.
