Description:This platform will continue to expand to more agencies and become more complex as more modules are added and more benefits are seen by the agencies using this platform. The platform and the number of users is growing exponentially. There is a need to have a highly skilled IT professional who can work with agencies, vendors, and executives on the overall design of the product. The application developer’s role is focused on development and maintenance. The Enterprise Architect role is critical as it will focus on the big picture of futures state, design, technical debt, and development. This position is important to support ServiceNow as it expands and grows as the State’s Service Management platform of choice Current projects we are working on are Field Service Management, CMDB Asset Management, Apptio Billing Software. They are also in the process of working on catalog items, group reassignments, Change Management for several agencies. For each of the current projects the agencies will have to be onboarded to use each of the modules. There is also a list of future enhancements and projects specific to TEK to enhance ServiceNow and its use within the agency. Position Responsibilities: Strong communication skills and ability to understand key concepts and communicate effectively with technical staff, business stakeholders and management. Ability to collaborate, build relationships with external vendors and service providers. Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure and management of multiple priorities with competing demands for resources. Design and implement ServiceNow Flows/Workflows, forms, and scripts to automate business processes and requirements. Strong ServiceNow Platform Experience in Agile environment, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail Team Player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a continuous process improvement culture.
