Link Solutions is seeking a Software Architect to join our team in support of the US Army's Combined Arms Center at Fort Leavenworth, KS.Must be a US Citizen  Requires a Secret Clearance Non-remote (relocation incentive available) As a Software Architect, you will help design, oversee, and evolve complex software systems supporting web-based capabilities. This exciting opportunity lets you contribute to cutting-edge projects while safeguarding our national security. Job Responsibilities: Lead software architecture and design for enterprise web applications, integrating modern frameworks while sustaining legacy codebases.Define software patterns, architecture standards, and coding practices to ensure maintainability, performance, and security.Translate functional requirements from stakeholders into technical architecture artifacts (e.g., UML diagrams and interface control documents).Oversee software refactoring, API development, and modularization to support agile modernization and deployment strategies.Collaborate with cybersecurity personnel to implement secure coding practices and integrate RMF compliance and STIG controls.Support DevSecOps pipelines including continuous integration, automated testing, and deployment scripting.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
