If you’re passionate about learning and contributing to a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACTManage and coordinate all quality management activities for the plant/operations unit.Support of operational organization to achieve Quality Targets and continuous improvement.Ensure implementation of and compliance to external (ISO 9001or customer audits) and internal quality standards (e.g. CT quality system, equipment, tools, KPIs, etc.)Internal communication on all quality-related issues.Coordination and handling of internal and external incidents, including documentation in defined systems.Conduct of internal audits acc. to implemented standards.Assess and decide about the release of new products, new processes, and equipment affecting quality.Support of all projects to achieve Quality Targets and continuous improvement Qualification.Coordination of problem identification and action tracking within the framework of the A3 or 8D system.Ongoing, process-accompanying monitoring of the production quality level.Identification of targeted investment requirements for a sustainable increase in the quality level.Support and lead the Quality Team at the plant
