Tactical Gear AssemblyJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the hands-on assembly of tactical holsters. In addition, the role will involve rotating through various workstations to foster workforce flexibility. Key responsibilities will also include machine operation, quality inspection, and packaging of the product. Candidates must be able to follow work and job instructions to meet productivity and quality expectations and should have the ability to work independently while maintaining a positive work ethic.Hard Skills

Job TypeThis is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Manhattan, Montana.Work EnvironmentThe Production Associate role offers two different shifts: Swing Shift from 4:00 pm to 2:30 am, Monday to Thursday, and Day Shift from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Thursday.
