Talent Development Content Developer

In this role, you’ll design and develop interactive training programs, collaborate with subject matter experts, and ensure our employees have the tools they need to succeed. If you love being creative, working with technology, and shaping learning experiences that make a difference, this is the role for you .WHAT YOU'LL DO:Design and develop engaging adult learning materials, including curricula, course outlines, interactive eLearning modules, training aids, and instructor-led resources.Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and create content that supports business goals and compliance requirements.Use tools like Articulate 360 and other multimedia software to create impactful learning experiences.Manage and update the training resources library, ensuring materials are accurate, accessible, and compliant with state regulations.Support instructors by training them on content delivery, best practices, and newly developed learning materials.Train and coach facilitators on delivering content effectively and provide consultation as needed.Plan and implement assessment methods to evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve the learner experience.Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, from creating new training from scratch to updating existing content.Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to enhance learning strategies.
