- Serve as the first point of contact for clients.
- Perform remote troubleshooting.
- Onboard new customers by technically setting-up accounts and helping them maximize the benefit of their new CRM.
- Perform SQL queries to troubleshoot and fix data issues that may surface.
- Work with existing customers to set-up new integrations and help them maximize the value of CRM.
- Diagnose and resolve advanced technical hardware and software issues involving Internet connectivity, email clients, VPN, VoIP, Mac & Windows, Google Apps, and more.
- Identify and escalate priority issues as needed including actively participating in technical crisis bridges for production issues.
- Write technical documentation, research problematic issues, and improve processes within the team.
- 3year of experience as Technical Support Engineer.
- Experience providing phone and remote control of desktop support.
- 3 years of practical technical support/helpdesk experience, supporting desktop/laptop/telephony technical issues.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Experience identifying and understanding issues, problems, and opportunities; comparing data from different sources to draw conclusions; using effective approaches to choose a course of action or develop appropriate solutions; and taking action that is consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequences.
- Comp TIA A+ certification.
