Technical Trainer

SummaryThe technical Trainer will collaborate with technical Training Team and SMEs to design and develop the training/e-learning experience.

Responsibilities
  • Interview SMEs, write instructional content, create storyboards, and then develop the storyboards into interactive eLearning experiences.
  • Develop job aids, facilitator guides, slide decks, and other learning deliverables.

Requirements
  • 3 years of training and delivery experience in a technical environment and/or instructional design.
  • 3 years of experiences with O365 and SharePoint.
  • Experience working with learning technologies including an LMS, e-learning development tools (Articulate, Camtasia), online conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams, GoToMeeting), Web development tools (SharePoint, etc.), and design software (Canva).
  • Experience creating training materials and presenting training for proprietary applications.
  • Experience independently designing, developing, and implementing technical end-user training programs and initiatives for a variety of audiences in a variety of methods.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, oral presentation, technical writing, planning, and adult-learning/workforce teaching skills.
  • Experience working with design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Ability to travel.

Preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish fluency.
