NOT climate controlled and can get very hot in the summer. Water stations through the facility and new fans and ventilation were added recently. LOTS of opportunity to grow - Contractors can sign up to learn to be an Equipment Operator after a probationary period; many opportunities to move into other departments or become a lead with.Job Description: Candidates will be responsible for picking parts and placing them on pallets. Will be picking both big and small parts. Must be able to pay attention to SKU and details and pick without errors. Will be working on their feet the entire shift.MustAble to lift 50+ pounds semi regularly
