This key role will contribute greatly in transforming our client’s HR division by enhancing technology capabilities, streamlining processes, and promoting automation to eliminate redundancies. A successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of Workday HCM and its specific application. The position requires proficiency in Workday report writing, system configuration, process enhancement, and project management. Seize the opportunity to collaborate with diverse business segments such as Accounting, IT, and Field Operations, in an environment that is fast-paced and evolving constantly.Responsibilities:

Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Workday HCM.

Lead the strategic planning, transformation, and optimization of Workday HCM to meet organizational goals.

Configuring of Workday HCM modules including Core HR, Advanced Comp, Benefits, Talent, Help, Journeys, Payroll, Learning, Recruiting, People Analytics, Prism, Time Tracking.

Collaboratively design, execute, and test system solutions to enhance HR procedures.

Drive Workday HCM functionality, adoption, and efficiency.

Establish and maintain Workday change management.

Generate and test reports within the Workday platform.

Collaborative testing and implementation of new Workday features.

Maintain strict compliance with data protection laws.

Promote self-service culture and empower users to maximize Workday features.

Other duties as per requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, HR Management or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience with Workday HCM in post-implementation or administration role.

5-7 years in the HRIS field.

Finesse in Workday Core framework & architecture; advanced knowledge of Core HR, Advanced Comp, Benefits, Talent, Journeys, Payroll, Learning, Recruiting, People Analytics, and more.

High motivation, a keen eye for detail, and exceptional communication skills.

Ability to learn technology quickly through self-training or guided instruction.

Proven experience in leading projects and group discussions effectively.

Strict adherence to confidentiality of sensitive information.
