Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant for a role which primarily involves managing the Accounts Receivable (AR) module, billing and collections tasks, and assisting the Treasury group with daily tasks. Responsibilities: Ensure accurate and timely billing for both internal and external customers Manage cash application for various customers Monitor Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and customers for errors and notify the appropriate internal contact Oversee past due receivables and ensure they are collected in a timely manner Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper documentation and support is received before processing invoices Manage system auto-billing, intercompany billing, and miscellaneous manual billing Resolve all billing disputes in a timely manner Apply customer cash payments and maintain accurate records Review AR Balances weekly with A& F Management and create the AR netting report Perform direct supply reconciliations monthly and reconcile Accounts Payable and AR balances with all at month-end Review outstanding invoices and past due accounts and pursue the collection process Complete month-end reporting and related functions Follow safety, quality, confidentiality, and information security policies and procedures.
