What You'll Be DoingAs an Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping our store running smoothly and ensuring every cup of coffee is served with care. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting the store manager in daily operations. - Leading and motivating team members to deliver excellent customer service. - Assisting with scheduling, inventory, and other administrative tasks. - Ensuring the store maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. - Jumping in to assist with making drinks, taking orders, and interacting with customers when needed. - Upholding company policies and ensuring team compliance.✅ What We’re Looking ForTo succeed in this role, you’ll need: - 1 year of experience in a leadership or management role. - Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. - Availability to work some weekends. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.-Willing to travel for training.
