Bar Owner/Operator Opportunity

Looking for a competent bar manager/experienced bartender interested in operating their own business in a unique location. Business would only serve drinks and has a current beer/liquor license. Operator would have control of inventory, ordering, all operations in a turnkey bar in exchange for a share of the profits in lieu of rent.
