Working in Oracle and a texting system using filtered information from Excel for outreach.

Reschedule deliveries through order management system per customer requests.

Provide external and internal customers with requested information.

Use computerized systems for tracking, information gathering and troubleshooting.

Respond efficiently and accurately to customers, ensuring they feel supported and valued.

Provide customer information on product availability and delivery information.

Escalate customer concerns as needed.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

College degree or minimum of one year experience in office environment.

Self-motivated with excellent attendance record.

Strong computer skills, proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and the ability to manage multiple web-based applications at one time.

Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.

Eligible Excel assessment results.

Eligible background and drug-screening results.

Favorable client interview.
