Carpenters/framers needed

Looking to hire a crew to frame decks, garages, room additions, and finished basements. Need to have your own work comp and GL plus all the tools for this type of work. Have a lot of work, looking for a crew that will do good work and not cause problems. Pay is piece rate per Job, pay is at completion of work, if its a bigger job that takes longer I dont have a problem paying draws.
