This is a full-time, on-site role for a Crew Lead Rebar Ironworker (Rodbuster) based in Louisville, KY. As the Crew Chief, you will lead a 5-6 person crew in constructing rebar cages for Gunite pools and other structures. This role requires expertise in rebar work and the ability to manage a multifunctional team involved in various aspects of the build process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise a crew of 5-6 workers in rebar construction tasks.

- Measure, cut, bend, tie, and install rebar to create cages for Gunite pools and other structures.

- Train and mentor crew members on rebar techniques and safety protocols.

- Collaborate with other teams to support various aspects of pool and outdoor living space construction.

- Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and complies with safety regulations.

- Maintain a productive, safe, and organized work environment.

Requirements:

- Extensive experience in rebar work, particularly in pool construction or similar structural projects.

- Proven leadership skills and experience managing a small crew.

- Proficiency in measuring, cutting, bending, and tying rebar.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multifunctional construction environment.

- Strong commitment to safety and quality.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay Range:

- $75,000 - $120,000 annually, based on experience.

Schedule:

- Full-time, on-site
