Commercial Plumbing JobJob Description:We are seeking an experienced and motivated Journeyman Plumbing Foreman to lead our plumbing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in plumbing, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of plumbers on various residential and commercial projects.

Plan, coordinate, and oversee plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance.

Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues as they arise.

Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Train and mentor junior plumbers and apprentices.

Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program preferred.

Journeyman plumber license required.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in plumbing, with at least (Y) years in a supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
