Job Description: Role: Hands on Experience : Hands on experience installing VOIP Soft phones and working on contact center software Job Description:- Travelling as much as 4 days a week. Basically it 100% travel expected
- Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots Genesys client software and hardware including troubleshooting, configuration, testing of headsets, IPs etc
- Training the users (hospital staff) on how to use Genesys in case they have questions
- Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution on Genesys
- Installing and configuration / Troubleshooting of VOIP Soft phones and working on contact center softwareon user’s desktops / laptops
- Needs to have a good knowledge of Genesys features and functions
- Good Communication Skills
