LOCATION: U.S. RemoteOVERVIEWWolters Kluwer Health (WKH), Clinical Surveillance and Compliance (CSS) is looking for a Contract Administration Specialist who will be one of the initial points of contact for requests that come into the Contracts Department.You will work under instruction, guidance, and direction from more senior level roles to support the development and fulfillment of contract requirements in the purchase of software and services. You will evaluate contract compliance and advise others on contractual rights and obligations, and reviews amendments to contract terms or contract extensions.You are responsible for the output of contract documents to appropriate time and quality targets while planning and prioritizing work. The Contract Administration Specialist will work in the contract management system, CRM tool and other internal areas to store contract data, manage and build quotes and keep procedures up to date. You perform the essential duties. You will report into the Director, Business Operations. This is a remote U.S. role.Responsibilities

Provide initial review of incoming contract requests through the Salesforce CRM system together with senior level team members

Enter requests that come to Contracts Team by email into the Salesforce CRM so they can be triaged

Complete tier 1 requests and escalate more complex request to a senior contract resources.

Work in CRM system to build proposals/quotes and to update opportunity data to align with contracts

Ensure preparation, examination, review, revision, and facilitates execution on standard contract modifications following corporate guidelines.

Work directly with the sales team, and other departments prepare and administers correspondence and contract documentation to ensure completion of contract requests

At the direction of Wolters Kluwer Legal and the Business, help update and maintain standard software license agreements.

Prepare and manages contract records and files documenting contract performance and compliance in the contract management system and client file folders.

Document contract exceptions and amendments in Salesforce CRM system

Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness.

Document new and updates to existing contract management procedures

QUALIFICATIONSEducation: bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Experience:

Knowledge of operational or administrative processes achieved through training or work experience

1+ years in contracts management or administration

Preferred Experience:

Experience managing contracts for healthcare or software provider
