Description For more information contact Stacey Bowman at 859-788-3661We are in the process of recruiting a Controller to be based in Lexington, Kentucky. As a Controller, you will be tasked with managing daily staff operations, facilitating month-end and year-end closures, and assisting with audits.Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the staff, ensuring smooth workflow. Manage and facilitate month-end and year-end closure processes. Assist in carrying out audits as required. Utilize 3M, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, Crystal Reports, and NetSuite in the execution of duties. Oversee the performance of accounting functions to ensure accuracy. Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely and accurate processing. Be involved in the budget processes, providing insights and recommendations. Ensure the usage of Accounting Software Systems for accurate data management and reporting.Requirements Possess 7+ years of experience in a Controller role or similar capacityDegree in Accounting with Advanced degree- MBA in Accounting or CPA Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems is a must Knowledge of CRM tools and strategies is required Ability to work with Crystal Reports for business intelligence operations Comprehensive understanding of all Accounting Functions including, but not limited to, financial reporting, tax planning, and cash flow management Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management is necessary Proven track record in conducting thorough Auditing procedures Experience in managing Budget Processes, including planning, development, implementation, and evaluation Proficiency in using NetSuite for various financial operations is expectedRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
