Duration: 6 Months + Strong Possible Extension Description:1st shift and 2nd shift. 40 hrs per week / M-FThese are mandatory on site positions and therefore candidates must be fully COVID 19 vaccinated
  • Responsible for providing installation, repair and maintenance for desktop PC technologies and systems, including the hardware, operating systems, applications and peripheral equipment.
  • Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Evaluates hardware and software issues and assists in identifying requirements for solutions.
  • May provide basic training to users for new installations.
Requires Associates degree in IT or Technical School education in computers;
  • 1-2 years experience with PC and operating systems; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Familiarity with computer technology. Microsoft A+ and Network + certifications desired. Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills required. Must be flexible and adaptable to multiple customer service needs. Dell hardware certification required.
  • 2-3 years experience with PC and operating systems; or any combination of education and experience.
  • Familiarity with computer technology. Familiarity with machine imaging utilizing SCCM and machine sanitization utilizing Blancco encouraged (top skillset required).
  • Detail oriented, self-starter with strong time-management skills. Basic PC, Windows 10 (top skillset required), and software troubleshooting skills required.
