This role supports the day-to-day operations of marketing and promotions for Camping World, Overton's, and The House. The Marketing Coordinator will assist in executing marketing strategies, assisting with promotional activities, and ensuring smooth operations. This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of marketing while contributing to the growth of our renowned outdoor recreation brands.Essential Functions:

Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate, review and execute various marketing campaigns across different channels including digital, social media, print, and email.

Support ecommerce team with data analysis on marketing campaigns and promotions

Oracle data entry for promotional pricing

Collect and compile all promotional marketing (PM) planners on a monthly basis, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and delivered to the appropriate teams.

Monitor and track performance-related SPIFFs (Sales Performance Incentive Fundamentals) and provide regular reporting on their effectiveness.

Collaborate with the Product Managers to coordinate any necessary changes or updates to advertisements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.

Continuously evaluate and improve current marketing practices, automate common processes, and proactively seek opportunities to enhance business operations and efficiency.

Education/Experience:

BA/BS in Business, Marketing or another related field required

1-2 years of experience in a marketing related position preferred

Demonstrates organization and prioritization skills, attention to detail, and initiative in completing tasks.

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, clearly and concisely and interact effectively at all levels and across the organization.
