Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst Location: Multiple Locations Duration: Fulltime Minimum Qualifications: Expert in requirements engineering Expert in requirements elicitation, elaboration, and workshop facilitation Expert in user story documentation, acceptance criteria, and definition of ready Advance understanding of business process modeling and business process model notation Understanding of non-functional requirements (e.g. availability, scalability, etc.) Ability to identify system workflows include negative and error conditions Experience with product management and working as part of an agile teams Experience with program and project management Excellent written & verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail Desire to lead and mentor less experienced teammates Strong desire to build business impacting products!
