Our CompanyPharMerica OverviewThe Director, Client Strategy Operations is responsible for overall execution of departmental initiatives aligned to core department goals of 1) client retention, 2) strategic account growth and 3) renewal of existing client business. Working in conjunction with the VP of Strategic Accounts, the DCSO is a trusted advisor within the Client Services/Account Management organization. This role has primary responsibility for identifying process enhancements and ensuring a monthly cadence for the reporting of retention/renewal dashboard activity. Another key responsibility is the timely implementation of initiatives that are critical to the skill enhancement of the Account Management teams to drive improvement of overall client services, account manager effectiveness and client satisfaction. The DCSO will collaborate across all functional departments including sales, operations, clinical, and account management to execute our Local Account Management and Strategic Account Management models. This role requires the ability to understand and assess gaps, make informed decisions and implement new approaches and ideas that ultimately assist the organization in improvements in client engagement and client opportunity management, issue resolution, and growth. The successful candidate will have experience as a leader and working collaboratively in a matrix environment, the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities from initiation to completion,as well as strong business agility. ResponsibilitiesDrives the Client Retention / Renewal Dashboard Process on a monthly basis with respective Account Management Leadership

Collaborates with VP’s / Directors of Local Account Management and Strategic Account Management on monthly reporting requirements to effectively manage their business

Ensures execution of Local Account Management Model filters throughout all systems (CRM), HR process, and training program executed to plan and on schedule

Manages and leads Quarterly Strategic Account Growth plan in conjunction with VP Strategic Account, VP of Sales to drive net bed growth with Strategic Account Targets

Manages and directs GPO Strategic Account Executives in executing partner quarterly growth plans and quarterly GPO reporting and payment process

Ensures training, oversight to QBR 2.0 rollout plan to Beta testers and Account Management team as vehicle to differentiate PharMerica reporting and metrics

Identifies gaps in Client Strategy support and work collaboratively with VP’s / Directors of Account Management to create new ideas and approaches to further differentiate PharMerica offering

QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, MBA preferred

Three to five years of experience analyzing data, trend analysis, trending solutions to sustain company’s success; or equivalent experience in a health care setting

Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, and communication skills

Skilled communicator and executor of strategic plan initiatives

Demonstrated experience working with analytics and data reporting to prepare visualizations to support business model executional elements and communicate with Senior Leadership

Experience in sales, client services – interacting with clients and supporting company representatives to execute strategic plans

Demonstrated experience leading teams or indirect leadership to influence plan execution in health care or pharmacy services organization
