Financial / Manufacturing Controlling experiencePrior plant work experience preferredClear and effective communication skillsAbility to work with little direction in a fast-paced and matrixed organizationMust be a team player and able to work with cross-functional teams in multiple locationsStrong analytical skills and assertivenessExperience in partnering with executive teamsHigh level of written and oral communication skillsMaster’s degree in business or accounting - CPA desirable
