Drill & Cutter Operator - 1st Shift 3TP

Job Description

• Set the drill head position according to the product you are running.
• Set the right program number for the appropriate work.
• Place work in drill.
• Inspect and bag work after appropriate cuts and drills have been made.
• Move jobs from the drill to the carts.
• Sharpen the drill bit heads using the drill bit head sharpening tool.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Moving jobs from carts to cutter.
• Moving each run order from stack.
• Pushing job into cutter, ensuring documents are even, pushes buttons for cutter blade to come down, turns documents around for consecutive cuts, pushes buttons for consecutive cuts, pulls jobs out of cutter, inspects cuts and moves jobs from cutter to carts.
• Stages work to go to the drill.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Push cart weighing up to 125 lbs. Frequently lifting up to 15 lbs with one hand. Applicant must be able to work standing for 8 hours or more. Occasional reaching and lifting; consistently fingering and grasping. Strength and manual dexterity needed to move objects.
