This role is a unique blend of strategic planning, program development, and hands-on execution, directly impacting our organization’s ability to attract, retain, and grow top talent.Key Responsibilities:Employee Engagement Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Design and manage employee engagement programs, including recognition, wellness initiatives, and team-building activities. Conduct regular employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with leadership to create and promote a culture aligned with company values. Act as a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.Employee Development Assess training and development needs across the organization. Create and deliver professional development programs, including workshops, e-learning modules, and leadership training. Partner with department leaders to identify skill gaps and design tailored learning solutions. Oversee career pathing and succession planning initiatives. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven adjustments.Collaboration and Communication Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee engagement and development trends and strategies. Communicate the value of engagement and development programs to employees at all levels. Maintain open lines of communication to gather employee feedback and foster trust. Metrics and Reporting Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to engagement and development. Prepare and present regular reports to leadership on the impact of initiatives. Utilize data to continuously improve programs and demonstrate ROI.
