Arthur Grand Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Facility Support / Office Administrator / General Clerk for one of our clients.Position: Facility Support / Office Administrator / General Clerk Location: Richmond, KY 40475 (Onsite)OnsiteMajor Responsibilities:
Assists in the performance of office services functions, such as office moves, facility operations, security and access control, food services management, reproduction, telecommunications, mail and shipping, messenger service, travel, office supplies, furniture and equipment, and miscellaneous services.
Performs tasks such as delivering packages or picking up small purchases
Oversight and maintenance of vehicle(s) in safe, clean, and serviceable condition
Maintains facilities, files, drawings and plans
May act as focal point for outside contract driving services
Coordinates and sets up onboarding of new staff, meetings, project functions, arranging for facilities, equipment, and catering
Education and Experience Requirements:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of related experience
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be able to obtain and maintain a site security badge
