Fencing

Looking for someone that can install a FENCE approximately 3 sections , 20 feet long by 4 feet high .MADE FROM OSB and coating it with a rubberized paint. Will either need to have a tractor or we can rent a tractor to move soil or rock behind the fence . This will be to build a short length along a Creek side . Want someone with experience in fencing and operating a tractor.
