Description:We are looking for someone to join our Government IT Support team in the Eddyville, KY area. We will be looking for a very knowledgeable experienced technician with a high aptitude for customer service. This position will be located in a Maximum Security Prison. This is a prison environment, these are difficult environments to work in at times, selected techs will be required to attend the Dept of Corrections (DOC) training sessions in order to navigate grounds safely. Extended exposure to the inmate population is not extremely frequent, but applicants must be accepting of that environment before applying.Top Skills' DetailsHelpdesk, Desktop & Network Communications Support (1-3 years)
Experience troubleshooting user issues, including remote support - experience with Win 10, Outlook, O365, Exchange, Windows Server 2008/2012.
Ability to think outside the box.
Customer service and interpersonal skills - documented in reference checks
