Job Title: ForemanJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Foreman to lead and oversee HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex issues. This role requires someone dependable and capable of handling emergency situations, as well as providing technical support to the service team.Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and solve HVAC rooftop units, make up air, boiler, chiller, and control system problems.
Act as the technical support for other service personnel, answering technical questions and assisting with issues.
Attend job site meetings related to assigned projects, if needed.
Be well prepared to handle any issues that may arise.
Dependable and able to work in emergency situations when called upon.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
10-12 years of commercial experience in plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration.
Stable work history.
HVAC and brazing license.
EPA or Universal License.
Type 2 or Universal Refrigerant License.
Ability to read blueprints.
Experience in HVAC and refrigeration repair and installation.
Proficiency with all hand and power tools.
Ability to use specialty tools including Recovery Machine, Multi Meter, and Combustion Analysis.
Strong technical knowledge.
Exceptional communication skills.
Ability to manage, lead, motivate, and discipline.
Excellent organizational skills.
High School or GED Equivalent.
Eyesight correctable to 20/50.
Ability to work long hours on feet.
Able to lift and climb ladders and scaffolds.
Ability to perform shift work.
