Position Summary:The Field Support Team Manager (FST Manager) is responsible for managing operational projects and a travel team of FST Associates who train local store management to establish, operate and maintain retail stores in accordance with Camping World standards for safety, merchandising, efficiency, and ethics. This includes ensuring planograms are executed without issues to the field and are localized to each facility.Job Responsibilities:Operations Management

Lead, coordinate and manage FST Associates to execute planograms and other projects to ensure merchandising standards are maintained and optimized at retail stores in the field.

Proactively manage changes in project scope and devise contingency plans/options when necessary.

Manage project and travel expenses according to budget

Communicate proactively and regularly with Operations Department to report project status.

Assist in developing tools and practices to train local personnel to apply and maintain Camping World merchandising practices and planograms.

Perform other related duties as assigned

People Management

Hire, train, evaluate and coach direct reports, and act as their backup when needed.

Ensure direct reports are timely and accurately paid each pay period by entering pay rate changes, approving timecards, and entering job and status changes in ADP Vantage each pay period.

Work with local management team to coordinate training of local retail associates.

Proven ability to organize and utilize time management and prioritization skills to effectively manage multiple projects

Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of company standards for safe practices and procedures.

Strong proficiency with MS Office applications,

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years’ merchandising experience, or 5+ years’ equivalent previous related experience in a retail environment.

Prefer some experience using planograms.

Physical Requirements:

Frequently required to stand for prolonged periods, walk, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch

Frequently required to lift or move up to 25 lbs., and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
