Possible trade for rent on single bedroom cottage in town.

you pay utilities of approx. 130 a month( based on past usage for heat and air)

update: all 4 lawns are next to one another, two of the homes are available for rent.

you may choose which one. The first 8 photos are the two br and the last 7 photos are the single bedroom

when mowing season is over, and if we have a good working relationship there is barn construction and light building maintenance .

one riding lawnmower is on site and one push weed wacker also.

I would estimate that mowing all 4 takes one day
