HR Coordinator

Description We are looking for a skilled HR Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling various tasks related to human resources, including processing applications, maintaining records, and resolving inquiries. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in the Financial Services industry.Responsibilities: Ensure efficient processing of customer credit applications Maintain and update accurate customer credit records Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for various HR-related tasks Communicate effectively with customers to resolve their inquiries and issues Use ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient data transfer Implement auditing procedures to maintain accuracy and compliance in all processes Conduct background checks as part of the recruitment process Manage benefit functions to ensure employee satisfaction and compliance Use Ceridian and Dayforce for payroll and time management Leverage 'About Time' software for project management and resource allocation.Requirements Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Experience with Ceridian, Dayforce, and About Time software Understanding of auditing processes Ability to conduct background checks effectively Knowledge of benefit functions Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred Previous experience in a similar HR role is desirable.
