Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Manager in Lexington, South Carolina. In this role, you will be taking on responsibilities related to hiring, benefits, compensation, and HR legal compliance in an environment that requires a high level of expertise in Excel for manual applicant tracking.Responsibilities: Oversee the hiring process, including the review of resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. Manage HR legal compliance, ensuring adherence to regulations such as FMLA and ST/LT disability. Administer employee benefits programs, addressing any employee questions or concerns. Develop and implement compensation plans to attract and retain talent. Utilize Excel for tracking all applicants and maintaining detailed records. Handle employee relations, resolving any issues or conflicts that arise. Conduct full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Engage in internet recruiting to identify potential candidates for open positions. Organize and participate in recruiting events to attract potential candidates. Enhance and maintain computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel, for efficient data management and reporting. Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Proven experience with HRMS Knowledge of Benefit Functions in a corporate setting Experience in Compensation Administration Familiarity with Compliance regulations and policies in HR Proven ability to manage Employee Relations Experience with Full Cycle Recruiting Skills in Internet Recruiting Experience with various Recruiting Activities Proven success in Recruiting Efforts Experience organizing and participating in Recruiting Events Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Strong Computer Skills relevant to the role Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
