Hyland OnBase Systems Administrator in Louisville, KY. This is a Direct Hire opportunity

SUMMARY The OnBase Administrator will be part of the Enterprise Content Management infrastructure team to ensure the accuracy and efficacy of these systems, monitors their performance, and proactively suggests process improvements. One will verify and review system related documents/reports including installation procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide administration and maintenance of Hyland OnBase.
  • Learns, supports, and improves multiple technical platforms (

    Hyland OnBase, Opentext Exstream, Racami Alcheme, Kofax Capture) to support Enterprise Content related functions. This includes:
    • Develops and implements infrastructure and technology platforms.
    • Determines hardware compatibility and/or influences hardware design.
    • Performs system-wide/cross-functional administration.
    • Participates in some application development as it pertains to the Enterprise Content Management applications.
    • Participates in solving highly technical and complex problems on multiple projects and provides consultative support to internal staff.
  • Available to support Enterprise Content Management software and processes outside of normal office hours, both for routine work (such as on-call) and one-time events (such as disaster recovery events, major application deployments or production break-fixes).
  • Participates in onsite and offsite Disaster Recovery Exercises and testing.
  • Adapts to a dynamic technical environment.
  • Participates in formal IT Change Control procedures.
  • Documents standards and procedures and maintains a current knowledge of computer technical subjects.

REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years of experience administering and supporting Hyland OnBase.
  • Bachelors degree (preferably in computer science, information systems, or mathematics) or a combination of formal education, training, and experience to acquire knowledge and skills generally equivalent to those possessed by a college graduate.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills

DESIRED (Nice-to-have) SKILLS:
  • Experience developing in C# preferred.
  • Experience with Java, Python, HTML, or JavaScript a plus.
  • Experience with Kofax Capture preferred.
  • Hyland Certifications a plus.
